Wow, this feels like something I should've done years ago. Oh well, no time like the present, right? Welcome, my username on most of the platforms that matter to me these days is defective detective, but you can call me Lex, and this is my little corner of the internet, inspired by similar such sites from my childhood and adolescence, many of whom were lucky enough to have been saved by the legends behind the Wayback Machine, and many more who have since been lost to time. But also, because I've always just wanted my own little corner of the internet, and, well, life is short, so the cliche goes.
Not sure what this'll be yet. I'm envisioning something of an informal portfolio of the various creative outlets I've engaged in over the years, and would like to continue doing as long as it still "sparks joy", as a certain Japanese lady (whose decluttering philosophy I should really try harder - or at all - to follow) once said.
